In an appointment at the UCSF Vascular Anomalies Conference you will see a pediatric dermatologist, plastic surgeon, interventional radiologist, dermatologic surgeon, and otolaryngologist. This team of experts will then meet and review your case (history, physical exam, prior biopsies, and imaging studies), and decide on further diagnostic work-up and treatment recommendations. This saves you from having to go to multiple doctors' visits and pre-operative visits.

Once you have made an appointment, a letter will be sent to you describing the schedule for the morning of your visit and all of the information you need to have prepared before your visit.

Before your visit, make sure you:

• Have all necesssary referrals and health insurance authorizations must be obtained and sent to our office at least 2 weeks prior to your visit.
• Have all pertinent medical reports sent at least 4 weeks/ or one month prior to the visit: pathology reports and reports of prior surgeries, treatments, relevant hospitilizations.
• Bring all radiology films with you to the visit: CT scans, MRIs, MRAs.
• Bring snacks, reading materials, toys, etc. The visit will take all morning and may involve some waiting.
